What a wonderful experience! from the moment you walk in the staff is extremely friendly and outgoing. They were very informative about the menu options. I will definitely be coming back here every time we visit Colorado!! Cris was amazing! He made sure we loved our drinks and made small talk with us. The establishment is clean and decorated.

Definitely a vibe. We stopped in for some breakfast sandwiches. Easy access from the highway and next to the gas station made it a perfect stop. We got: - bacon, egg, cheddar on a jalapeno biscuit - the bacon was chopped up which was genius. Make it easier to eat. The biscuit was great with the right amount of spice. - sausage, egg, cheddar on a jalapeno biscuit - just as good as the bacon one. Interior of the cafe was very chill. Limited seating but enough space if you wanted to relax with a coffee. Loved the way it was decorated. A tarot card vending machine? Haven’t seen that before. There was 1 barista who was doing it all. She was super friendly and was pumping out espresso drinks and sandwiches. A true MVP. Recommend it not only for the sandwiches but also the vibes!

This place is so cool! Definitely good vibes! My family came here while on vacation and we will definitely be back when we come back in town. All the food was delicious and the coffee was So Good. Plus the staff were friendly and patient with us figuring out the menu. When my mom and I decided to try the Cafe De Olla the manager let us taste it first free. It was amazing, so of course we ordered one. Wish we had places like this back home!
